Muslims Estate land investments program

Alhamdulahi robi-l-alamin
We are pleased to share the remarkable success story of our Muslim land investments program, launched with the vision of creating a dedicated Muslim community in our town, this initiative has surpassed expectations attracting overwhelming demands and achieving remarkable outcomes.

What was intended / initial objectives

The primary goal of this program was to provide an opportunity for Muslim individuals and families to invest in the plots of lands fostering a sense of community and unity, we aimed at creating a thriving Muslim Estate, promoting social harmony and economic growth.

It was also proposed to be a town within town, a secured and serene neighborhood designed to be surrounded with all life- enhancing amenities such as educational, healthcare and recreational facilities.

This is a concept being championed by the league of experts among us, and for the benefits of the entire ummah without biases.

Program structure

  1. Identified prime land locations
  2. Aimed to design and develop infrastructure
  3. Offered competitive pricing and flexible payment.
  4. Conducted extensive marketing and publicity outreach efforts.

Outcome

Despite initial concerns and fear about subscription rates, which compelled us to be pleading with some influential individuals and families to still subscribe substantially with what they have invested before, in order to generate enough funds to off- set the outstanding balance of the land owners, later the response has been phenomenal.

Key highlights

  1. Rapid subscription rates, exceeding initial projection
  2. Multiple plots purchased by individual investors.
  3. Complete allocation of available lands
  4. Ongoing demands with a significant waiting list

Key statistics

  1. Total lands allocated = 436 plots
  2. Numbers of investors = 156 investors

Future plans

  1. Expanding the projects for more Islamic undertaken
  2. Developing additional amenities ( e.g. mosques and Muslims tertiary institutions.)

CONCLUSION

The Muslim Estate land investments program has not only achieved it's initial objectives, but also surpassed expectations .

We thank our investor, partners ,and stakeholders for their supports and look forward to continuing this success story
